If our citizens want moderation and compromise in our politics, State voting districts should be drawn to balance the number of Democrat and Republican citizens in each district. This will cause our elected representatives to be leaders for all of the citizens in their district, not merely representing the base of their party in the legislature. If voting district lines are changed, Moderates will have a greater voice and influence too.
